The ribs are the highlight of the day every year. They are delicious and everybody loves them. Everyone makes sure to compliment us on "the ribs." Harrison gets the credit for putting it all together and doing the cooking. Here's proof of the truth. The ladies are in the kitchen furiously working to get the sides finished, while the men sit around the grill and drink beer. Every so often somebody gets up to turn the meat and get more beer.
