CREATE ART RETREAT

Today was the first day of the CREATE Art Retreat.  I took the perfect class to get the creative mojo working.  Today's class was Color Blast Art Buffet taught by Joanne Sharpe.  We slathered on paints, dripped paints, scraped paints, colored, doodled, spritzed, stenciled, and probably 20 other ways of bringing color to paper.  It was fun and my goal is to actually finish a journal.  I aptly named this journal, "A Journal of Blessings" and the page you see in the picture includes journaling about being grateful to be able to take artworkshops and spend a whole day playing with other art friends.  WONDERFUL!
